About This Dog for Adoption
Mouse's ideal home
Meet Mouse! She’s on the lookout for a calm and patient environment where she can truly shine as the only pet. This sweet girl has a heart full of affection and is searching for owners who appreciate her gentle nature. She loves to be showered with love and attention, but it’s equally important to respect her space, especially when she feels a bit conflicted or overstimulated.
Mouse has a curious spirit that thrives on exploration, so a home with a secure outdoor area for her adventures would be a wonderful addition. Considering her sensitivity to touch and occasional signs of worry, she would do best in an adult-only home or one with older children who understand her needs.
Mouse enjoys being around people and will appreciate their company. However, to help her feel more comfortable, time spent alone will need to be gradually increased as she adjusts. With a little patience and understanding, Mouse will flourish in a loving forever home!
Could you be Mouse's perfect match?
Mouse is a six-year-old Terrier Crossbreed who came to us from a multiple-dog household, some of whom were found to have foreign microchips.
Due to this, Mouse was placed under strict quarantine while we carried out the necessary health checks to ensure they are not carrying any diseases that are non-endemic to the UK.
This process has caused a delay in our usual assessment timeline, and we are still getting to know Mouse's personality and needs.
As such, some of the information we provide may be subject to change. Despite this, we are very keen to find Mouse a loving home.
Mouse is a gentle and curious dog with the sweetest personality! Her adventurous spirit shines through as she confidently explores new environments, eager to discover all the wonders around her.
While Mouse is generally an affectionate girl, she is still learning to fully trust and may feel a bit worried at times. However, she still manages to greet new people with an enthusiastic wag of her tail, bringing joy and excitement wherever she goes. Mouse is ready to find her forever home and share her love with the right family!
