About This Dog

Rosy's ideal home

Rosy is on the search for her retirement home with adopters who will take her for regular walks. She loves the company of humans and much prefers to relax and spend time with them rather than playing with other dogs, though she could live with an older, small to medium-sized, calm dog. Rosy could live with a cat that has lived with dogs before. She would like her future adopter to brush her regularly to care for her wiry coat. Rosy's ideal home will have few stairs with ground-floor or lift access to the home, as she finds stairs difficult with her medical conditions. She does not need a garden, but Rosy does enjoy having a stroll and sniffing around a garden, so she would benefit from having one. Rosy could live with children 10+ as long as they respect her space. She would appreciate having her leave hours kept to a minimum of 1-2 hours as she settles into her new environment.
