Terry
Terry's ideal home
Terry is looking for an adult only home that has limited visitors to the household as he can be worried by new people and when too much is going on. Ideally, Terry would like to live in a single person household, as he doesn’t like to share his favourite person. He can become overwhelmed quickly and has ongoing training to help with his handling and frustration. His adopters should be prepared to continue this training. Terry finds going to the vets scary and we are currently training him to wear a muzzle for vet visits. He could live with another similar-sized dog but cannot live with cats or small animals as he does have a high prey drive.
Could you be Terry's perfect match?
Terry is a seven-year-old Terrier, who was handed over to us. Very energetic and full of character, he loves to be on the go and enjoys exploring whilst out on his walks. He can have doggy friends but can be a bit fussy when choosing who can be his friend. Once he knows you and trusts you, Terry will come out of his shell and make a very loving companion! Providing that time left on his own was built-up slowly once he has had time to settle in, he could be left for up to four hours.
