Nugget's ideal home

Nugget is looking for patient owners that are willing to put in time and effort into his training and help him understand life a little better! They need to understand he’s had tough start to life and is looking for owners who won’t push him too far and will respect his space, specifically around his bed and cosy areas. He loves his walks so would love a family who he can go on adventures with. He does have some hearing impairments and therefore owners will need to understand his needs and body language. He would like to be the only dog in the home but is more than happy to have walking friends when out and about. Nugget can be worried by smaller children and therefore can live with older teenagers in the home who can understand when he needs space. He would like his owners to be around for most of the time as he can be worried when being left. Owners who want to get stuck into training and want to take him on lots of adventures would be ideal. Nugget will also need a private and secure garden to enjoy off lead time with his favourite people.

Nugget is a lovely boy with the most adorable little face and he will make your heart melt with just one look. He is a fun and bouncy boy who just needs a little bit of love and reassurance as he makes his way through life. He loves meeting dogs and people but does like to take his time with this sometimes, once he knows you, you will have a snuggle bug for life. He would make a lovely addition to a family and he is now searching for his forever home where he can claim a undistributed spot on the sofa.
