About This Dog

Turbo's ideal home

At just under two years old, Turbo is looking for an active home where he can channel his bright young energy into fun, learning and a lasting bond. He thrives with people who enjoy being outdoors and will involve him in their adventures, whether that’s countryside exploring or relaxed residential wonders. He’ll suit adopters who appreciate routine, understand that he may need time to settle, and are ready to continue his training. A home with confident secondary school aged children would be ideal, as Turbo adores play but can get enthusiastic. He could also live with another friendly dog following successful introductions. A cat-free home is essential and walks at quieter times would be preferable to help him feel comfortable until he’s ready to enjoy more freedom off lead. With patience as he builds his confidence in the car and gradually increases his alone time at home, Turbo will blossom into a wonderfully friendly companion.

Could you be Turbo's perfect match?

Cheerful, clever and wonderfully loving, Turbo is the kind of dog who could brighten up a home. He loves meeting people and other dogs, relishes fuss and cuddles, and has shown himself to be easy-going and sweet-natured in every bit of handling. He’s playful to his core - tug toys, fetch games and learning new tricks are his idea of a perfect day! He also responds easily to positive training, already knowing a collection of clever tricks. Around the home he likes to check in with his humans and curl up beside them once his busy brain has had enough fun, although he may need some time to himself if the day has been full of too much excitement. With his big heart, boundless enthusiasm and eagerness to socialise, Turbo could be a loyal, joyful and endlessly entertaining best friend for the right adopter.
