About This Dog

Rocky's ideal home

Rocky is an 8-year-old Corgi/Terrier cross. He’s not really been around children as far as we know, but with his friendly nature he’ll be fine to live with those of secondary school age. Rocky needs to be the only pet in the home. He can have some doggy walking friends to help his socialisation but isn’t keen on interacting just yet.

Rocky came to us through no fault of his own after his owner no longer had time for him. He is very affectionate and loves being with his people so would like a family where someone is around most of the time, at least to begin with. Fortunately he’s got a good history of car travel so could jump in and join you on adventures out and about instead. Rocky has previously been fully housetrained though might just appreciate quick refresher training in a new environment. He loves his food so it will be easy to reward him.
