About This Dog

Maisie's ideal home

Maisie, a sweet 7-year-old terrier with a gentle and sensitive nature, looking for a calm and understanding home where she can feel safe and secure. She will need to be the only pet in the home.

Initially she can be quite nervous, but with time and patience she builds strong bonds with her carers and becomes a friendly and affectionate companion once she knows you.

Maisie isn’t a fan of walking, so she would really benefit from having her own secure garden where she can enjoy fresh air and gentle exercise at her own pace. A quieter home environment would suit her best, and she’s looking for adopters who understand that she may need time to settle and gain confidence.

She could live with children aged 14 and over who can respect her space and help her feel at ease. Maisie can be left alone for short periods of around 2 hours.

Could you be Maisie's perfect match?

With the right home, Maisie will reward her adopters with loyalty and companionship, blossoming into a devoted little friend.
