About This Dog

Bertie's ideal home

Meet our terrific terrier trio... Axo, Bertie and Eric! These three handsome boys have come into our care for no fault of their own as their owner could no longer care for them. Despite this, they've remained happy and outgoing, greeting everyone they meet with wiggly tails and endless love! Axo, Bertie and Eric are looking for a forever home where they can stick together. They're currently living off site in a foster home where they are settling in wonderfully. Bertie has been mostly housetrained and all three of the boys travel well in the car. They do have history of being left for a few hours and we recommend that this is gradually built up slowly as they settle into their forever home. We think they could happily live with secondary school aged children. Each of the boys is friendly and social out and about, so we think they could happily live with another dog following a meeting here at the centre. These wonderful lads are loving a life of comfort and enjoy snuggling up to each other in a cosy bed and they love nothing more than snuggles with their carers on the sofa.

Could you be Bertie's perfect match?

Bertie is an older gent at 12 years old and is currently on pain relief to help keep him happy and comfortable. Our team here at the centre would be happy to discuss Eric's medical needs with any potential adopters.
