About This Dog

Mouse's ideal home

Beautiful little Mouse is 5 month old Terrier Cross who is ready to find her forever home. She found herself in our care after being found as stray so we sadly don't know too much about her previous history. Mouse has spent a short time in a home environment where she had been making progress with her housetraining. Mouse hasn't been used to being left for long periods, but with time we think this could gradually be built up as she settles into home life. Mouse can be a bit of a worried girlie at times and can find loud noises or sudden movements a little bit scary so will need some positive guidance to help build her confidence. We think she could live with children of 8+ who can be understanding of her worries and give her any time or space she might need. Mouse has been making some doggy friends here at the centre and we think she could happily share her home with another dog following a meeting here at the centre. As she's still a youngster it's likely she'll need help in all areas of training such as walking on lead, continuing her housetraining and helping her feel comfortable travelling in a car. Mouse would love to have her own secure garden where she can safely play and explore.

Could you be Mouse's perfect match?

Mouse is a super sweet little girlie and will make a wonderful companion. She enjoys sniffing, playing and exploring and once she finds her paws is full of fun! Mouse does have some ongoing medical needs but our team here at the centre would be happy to take discuss her needs with any potential adopters.
