Thistle is an adorable 5 year old Jack Russell Terrier X looking for her furever home in time for Christmas. She is a friendly girl who could join a home with children of primary school age and has the potential to live with a canine companion pending successful meets at the centre. Once settled, she could be built up to being left for short periods of time. Thistle does have a high prey drive and enjoys chasing wildlife so will need to be kept on lead in public places or when around other animals, because of this, she would benefit from having a secure garden or alternative outlet (i.e hired field) for some off lead time to allow her space to run around.

Thistle is a sweet girl who came into us with very little background information. She loves people and enjoys spending time with other dogs. She loves using her nose to hunt out treats and explore new areas. Thistle travels well and would enjoy being taken on lots of interesting adventures.
