About This Dog for Adoption

Tom's ideal home

Tom is a very handsome Whippet Terrier Crossbreed who is almost 1yr old. He's quite a shy boy but if you give him a little space initially he soon comes round and will be your little shadow in no time! He'll need his adopters to help slowly build his confidence with the world through positive training and setting him up in a predictable and consistent routine. He'll need a calm home to settle properly so must be the only pet in an adult only home for now. He'll be fine to have doggy walking buddies though.

Could you be Tom's perfect match?

Tom is a really sweet lad who just wants to be loved. Once he knows you he is very affectionate and can get quite playful, especially chasing balls! He will need his own secure garden to play off-lead and refresh his house training. He will need his new family around all the time initially as he's not used to being left alone yet but we can help and advise on the best way to build up to this. If you're looking for a really sweet young dog and have the time to put in a little training initially you might be a PAWfwct match for Tom.
