About This Dog for Adoption

Lia's ideal home

Lia is a lovely little girlie who loves to be out and about exploring. She's full of fun and energy and is looking for an active forever home. Lia has spent a short time in a home where she was housetrained and happy to be left for a few hours as long as her favourite radio station is left on for her. Lia can be vocal at times and will bark at other dogs, she is able to say hello but often has a lot of a big feelings that she doesn't quite know what to do with. At the moment we're still assessing her with other dogs, so she will need to be the only pet in her forever home. Lia could live with older children of 14+ who can understand when she may want time on her own. She can be sensitive at times and finds loud noises such as the hoover or hairdryer a bit scary. Lia LOVES to play with toys. She doesn't mind if you want to play fetch, tuggy or just zooming around with her favourite squeaky ones she's always up for fun!

Could you be Lia's perfect match?

Lia is a real sweetie and would likely benefit from a peaceful and relaxed home when she can learn how to settle. She is super clever and enjoys learning new things and always has lots of tricks up her sleeves like "sit" and "lie down".
