About This Dog

Spike's ideal home

Meet our handsome older gent, Spike. At 14 years old he's ready to find his paw-fect retirement home and would love a peaceful and relaxed environment where he can enjoy his golden years. He is currently living off site in a foster home, where he is enjoying all the comfort that a home has to offer him. He enjoys a pootle in the garden and gentle walks, but don't expect any marathons - he'd much rather a gentle wander and lots of sniffs! Spike is looking for a home where he'll be the only pet and could live with older teenagers of 14+ - he prefers the hands off approach but will happy curl up for a snooze next to you. He enjoys his food and is very gentle at taking treats and his favourite thing is a game of fetch in the garden! He is housetrained and quite happy to be left home alone for up to 6 hours with no issues.

Could you be Spike's perfect match?

Spike is currently on daily medication that will need to be continued in his forever to keep him happy and comfortable. Our home from home team would be happy to talk you through this and let you know all of his ongoing needs.
