About This Dog for Adoption
Tara's ideal home
Tara is a very excitable and happy little girl looking for a lovable home. Tara is great with other dogs so would be able to live with another dog within the home (pending a successful dog mix here at the centre). Although she is a very cuddly little girl, she can sometimes get a little over excited and show mouthy traits. We therefore would need her to be rehomed with children from 8 years + that are used to these behaviours. She thrives on company so would like her new adopters to be able to build up her alone time gradually.
Could you be Tara's perfect match?
Tara adores the company of her kennelmates and human companions. She does show typical terrier characteristics but is a lovely little girl. She does tend to launch herself towards her human friends, but this is her way of saying she she loves you! Once she settles, she loves curling up laps and having a lovely cuddle. Tara is very food motivated so this will be a really useful method in helping with training, including toilet training. She has the potential to be a super sweet companion - fun and affectionate - especially to an active family.
